What a difference a few weeks makes. I was shown to have a PATCON here and I did not want to do it. I may go into those reasons later but I kept getting nudges for several months and acquiesced. I was strongly encouraged as everything fell into place. Hans’ roundtable on good and evil would transition in my roundtable on local governance. Then Concerned American would transition into how to make a better future. I felt that this would be a positive path forward that would help people build better communities.
As they say “the best laid plans of mice and men can still go wrong”. I was notified today that Concerned American has a scheduling conflict and will not be attending.
So did I misinterpret the intent of the messages or was I supposed to learn from it? I would have no personal gain from this meeting but it is possible that I misinterpreted the message. If I look at this from another perspective, what did I learn?
- We are divided and nothing will change until we have suffered more.
- I need to be more selective with people whom I have given my trust.
- Operational security should now be a major consideration for all of us.
