A Clarification

A snippet of a comment from this site:

But increasingly people like me who are educated are turning away from content creators who are pushing rabid Anti-MAGA. propaganda. I’m really sorry to see the direction this website has taken.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  1. While I may advocate that there is no voting our way out of this, I have not told anyone else not to vote. I have advocated to not vote for the lesser of two evils. I want to make a point that everyone should agree upon: You have a right to vote as I have a right not to vote. Making specious arguments concerning how I live my life and making decisions concerning voting is not anyone else’s purview. I will be voting for the three amendments in North Carolina in November.
  2. I want to make a point considering MAGA. Whoever is against making their country great again is a traitor. It has nothing to do with Trump except for initiating the acronym. Like the word “conservative”, we should agree on what MAGA is and how to achieve its initial goals or security the border and restoring our economy. I can be MAGA and not agree with Trump.
  3. Concerning Trump:
People need to discern the truth concerning Trump. If we cannot have an open discourse on the state of the country, you are not my countrymen. I provide a site to give people information in which they can decide how to develop intelligence for surviving the future. If you do not like the tone, you may leave but I would rather discuss it. Are we past the point of agreeing that we can disagree?
4. So put MAGA aside and let’s discuss the following issues:
a. Did Trump have the authority to overthrow Venezuela?
b. Did Trump have the authority to attack Iran and kill their nation’s leader during negotiations?
c. Are you satisfied with the actions of the House, Senate and President concerning fiscal policy and Israeli control?
d. Would you consider taking a mRNA gene therapy shot?
e. Are you concerned with our border situation, immigration, H1B visas or inflation?
Over the past year, I have changed my viewpoint on Israel, the genocide in Gaza, Trump’s mental abilities, the nation’s fiscal policy and what I feel is an impending nuclear war.
Have we sunk so low, that we divide ourselves based on failed ideology instead of our founding principles?
I saw a comment from Hammer’s Thor concerning Trump’s accomplishments. It is quite a list but I will not go down that path. I do not think it is out of line to ask questions concerning our country.
It is evil to support the genocide in Gaza, the murder of school children and the coverup of the Epstein files. Readers are encouraged to use critical thinking to discuss issues. If you do not want to address the evil in this nation, why do you come here?
  1. I’m with you Brother. We haven’t always seen eye to eye on every issue, but you’re spot on here. Something’s fishy, and that’s as polite and non-confrontational as I can get. If we can’t even talk about the smell of fish coming from the kitchen, maybe we are too far down that road.
    I don’t hide my opinion, I’m as black-pilled as they come. I am certain I know what’s coming, I just don’t know the shape, form, or timing. We are in a fight against evil, the biblical kind. You should get right with your God, your family, and get ready, cuz it’s coming, hard and un-lubed.
  2. Excellent clarification David, With the recent list that the BATF has on gun ownership makes me think if Trump declares martial law they might start going door to door and take the guns, he has accomplished a lot during his second term, I don’t hate Trump, I don’t like him either. The whole of this government federal, state and local operates on we the people are the enemy. When will we stand and fight? I do not have an answer to that, but I think that time is coming quicker than we believe. May God’s Grace be upon us until then.
    1. Agree with everything you put forth. We are way past the time when congress represented us; they actually hate us and are doing just enough to get by. Unfortunately, our government is enemy #2, second only to islam as a threat to every American.
      The time to stand and fight is coming. Don’t know where it will kick off or what will be the catalyst but it’s not going to be pretty by any means. War is ugly, very ugly, and we will be in a war for our very survival as a country and a civilization. God help us.
    Commenting and criticizing President Trump is not criticizing MAGA. Trump initially defined and capitalized the MAGA movement–and he used to be the leader of this movement, but no longer. MAGA continues without Trump. Trump with the war/s, with his sellout to Israel has back-slid. The people who are criticizing (including myself) are super-uber MAGA supporters who are attempting to keep this movement alive, despite stupid and delusional Trump’s sellouts and mistakes. The MAGA movement is in fact larger than Trump, much like Star Trek out grew its creator, Gene Roddenberry, or the Disney Studios now vastly out grew its original creator Walt Disney.
    1. ^ This precisely. Slagging Trump for his many and varied failures should not be equated with criticism of the idea of making ones country great. The latter is a good and neccessary idea, while the former – even as the progenitor of the now popularized term “MAGA”, has abandoned the idea he gave a brand name to, in favor of just promulgating more of the same kind of tired BS he was elected to stop; engaging in new wars, and an outrageous lack of fiscal responsibility, being his most notable failings.
      There are some simple minded people about who cannot separate the man from the concept, and thereby treat any criticism of Trump as a betrayal of wanting what is best for their country. That’s just stupid.
    I read through Hammer’s Thor’s list and I question all of it. For instance, I’ll just do the first 3.
    “President Trump clawed back nearly $1 billion in wasteful spending aimed at illegal aliens and DEI programs.”
    How was it clawed back? Had it already been spent? What was the process by which it was returned? We saw how DOGE found billions and billions of dollars of wasteful spending. How much of it was stopped and how much continues to this day?
    “The Department of State surpassed 250,000 visa revocations, tightening vetting and removing criminal illegal aliens.”
    How many of those that had their visa revoked are still in our country? Tightening vetting? Woooo…How about eliminating them completely? How many criminal illegal aliens have actually been removed? How many are still here and extending their stay by taking legal action to prevent their removal? Like so much of this administration, this is just paperwork, no real bite.
    “President Trump launched America.gov, a first-of-its-kind platform putting government services and information directly in Americans’ hands.”
    Like all politicians, Trump only knows how to spend money. How much will this cost per day? It is like the Iran War. “Hey, it will only increase our $40 trillion federal debt by a few trillion. Will make it back by stealing Iranian Oil when we finish defeating them!” We already have FIO laws and have had them for years. How many times do they actually work and you don’t get redacted information? Trump’s whole program is the program of every President since Cooledge. Borrow more money into circulation and pay a private entity to provide that money. The federal debt will eventually destroy our country, which was always its purpose.
    Forgive me, but all we have gotten from Trump is talk, very, very little action. But, remember his first term? “We’ll build the Wall and Mexico will pay for it!” He hasn’t changed. Well, his subservience to Israel is more noticeable.
  5. 4. So put MAGA aside and let’s discuss the following issues:
    a. Did Trump have the authority to overthrow Venezuela?
    I believe he did. This was done to take down Maduro and severely curtail the drug flow into this country. I submit Maduro was at war with us by supplying the drug dealers with weapons (drugs) that were killing Americans. The other reason, and possibly the more important reason, was to starve China of the oil Maduro was supplying them with. Say what you will about the China, but they are NOT our friend. They are not even a competitor. They are an enemy, who supplies weapons and support to our other enemies. The CCP is the greatest threat to our survival. It doesn’t matter to me if anyone else believes that. They are communists, and our freedoms and our existence are at stake if they continue to gain power.
    b. Did Trump have the authority to attack Iran and kill their nation’s leader during negotiations?
    Yes. I would have done the same thing. Absolutely.
    c. Are you satisfied with the actions of the House, Senate and President concerning fiscal policy and Israeli control?
    No. Not even remotely.
    d. Would you consider taking a mRNA gene therapy shot?
    No. Did not, will not. We made it very clear to the health department in our town that we would defend ourselves if they sent anyone out here to “administer” a shot.
    e. Are you concerned with our border situation, immigration, H1B visas or inflation?
    Of course. I was much more concerned during the Biden administration, however, but I am extremely worried that whatever progress has been made, and I believe progress HAS been made, will be lost the moment the Republicans lose the House, or Senate, OR BOTH. Regarding inflation, and by definition the DEBT, this administration appears to be making meaningful progress in addressing the staggering amount of fraud that was permitted to go on over the last decade or more. We don’t have $40 trillion in debt, we have $40 trillion in fraud. A bit hyperbolic, perhaps, but getting the fraud eliminated, and finding some way to curtail other non-essential spending, would go a long way toward reversing the DEBT. It’s possible. Likely? No.
    “It is evil to support the genocide in Gaza, the murder of school children and the coverup of the Epstein files.”
    Absolutely correct. I’m not certain that many people support those things.
    Now, to address Michael’s comment about discussing where President Trump hasn’t quite lived up to his promises, that is a fair question. It would be absurd to think I agree with everything President Trump has done. The list of things he has done that I think are stupid or destructive are legion, and he has failed on some of his campaign promises…
    Supporting Monsanto and GMO foods.
    Touting the “success” of Warp Speed, although he hasn’t done that much lately.
    Not releasing the Epstein files.
    Not ending the war in Ukraine… not really his responsibility, but we should be providing ZERO help to Ukraine, or ANY country that supports Ukraine.
    Not abolishing the Department of Education.
    Not cutting federal spending by $2 trillion.
    Regarding David’s comment “I have advocated to not vote for the lesser of two evils.”
    That is a noble sentiment. No question.
    I addressed that in this post: https://appalachianrenegade.com/2026/09/19/the-lesser-of-two-evils/
    In most things, however, the choices are not quite so cut and dry. You rarely if ever have the choice between good and evil. When you do, honest, good people always choose good because it is abhorrent to us to choose evil. The simple fact is that you frequently don’t have a “good” choice, you only have the “best” choice. Choosing to allow the communists to take over this country because the Republicans are too weak AND CORRUPT to do what we hired them to do is, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, not the “best” choice. I have the right to vote, as does everyone here (I assume). We also have the right NOT to vote.
    “Readers are encouraged to use critical thinking to discuss issues.”
    I’m doing my best to do that.
    1. Sorry, both the Venezuela attack and the Iran war are u constitutional uses of military force. Trump and his minions deserve life in prison.
  6. I recently attended a GOP meeting with NC state level judges giving their 5 minutes speeches. I admit at the national level the GOP has failed the American voter. In NC, we are under attack by Socialist judges, for those outside NC, this state elects state wide judges including state Supreme Court.
    I ask you vote for NC state level Republican judges.
    Sadly, looks like Cooper will replace our idiot and @sshole Repub Senator Tillis.
    You ain’t gonna like what happens at the state level if Socialist judges win.
    Y’all can think I’m a bought and paid for Repub, I’m not – just confronting reality and asking you to do the same here in NC.
  7. The people have surrendered their own thoughts so they may debate that of others.
  8. Never vote for any level of evil. Not releasing the Epstein Files, spending American blood and treasure to fight Israel’s wars, not letting RFK Jr. run roughshod over the Medical Industrial Complex. These are small evils and most Americans have no idea of the true darkness in this world. Voting only on ballot initiatives and leaving the R/D choices blank is not a bad strategy. At least it is a big middle finger to both sides that we trust neither of them.
    1. Not voting to keep the Socialist out of the NC judiciary will get you greater evil than voting. Can’t argue with you, IMO while refusing to vote, Evil will accelerate.
      The alternative in order to fight Evil is violent over throwing of state and federal government leaders, judges, and many employees.
      1. Exactly but look around Crawfisher.
        How many years (Decades) has this site been crying out “Try Voting at them” and we’re not going to vote ourselves out of Tyranny.
        Aside from buying new keyboards how has that ongoing theme been going?
        Any George Washington rise up to lead anybody?
        No just constant wishing for somebody to DO something. Always the other fellow as nobody here wants to go first.
        And you and I expect them to actually GO to Open Public Meetings to express their rights as citizens and make serious efforts to organize a few dozen of their neighbors to stop even Drag Queen Storytime with their kids?
        Let alone anything that involves risk to themselves.
        I spoke before about DEMORALIZED Peoples and this is textbook examples. Mucho yammer on safe webpages, no actions.
        Don’t vote for evil governments when governments are MADE UP of Humans, with all their flaws and sinful nature.
        Just vague dark murmurs of “someday”…
        Once the American Socialist Party takes control (probably with an alliance with progressive Repugs, Democrats wanting to stay “relevant” and Muslims) we will hear rumors of the white vans and big guys snatching troublesome folks at Walmart.
        Nothing is new under the sun
        “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
        ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956
        That’s why me and mine are just working to survive the chaos of the crazies when (NOT IF) they come to power. Hoping that their own foolishment and arrogance will crash the power grid and end the electronic surveillance security state.
        As I said before I have near zero plans to punish evildoers. Just take care of my peoples.
  11. I am now 58 years old.
    I have 4 decades of voting for Republicans and getting nothing in return but treated to treason, and broken promises under my belt.
    The Federal government in no way runs Constitutionally.
    No promise by Republicans to return to the rule of law and Constitutional governance has ever been kept.
    How can anyone call this representative governance? Vote? For what?
    Voting in 21st century does nothing but legitimize an illegitimate government and electoral process.
    If you know they will continue their treason with no regard to the rule of law, and you legitimize it with your vote – you are complicit.
    From where I sit.
    There is only one box left.
    TINVOWOOT.
    1. Exactly……
  12. “If voting (in the most important election of our lifetimes) mattered, they wouldn’t let us do it.” Mark Twain, parenthesis mine
    “You can do anything you want, as long as you are willing to pay the consequenses.” sagacious reminder from Alcoholics Anonymous.
    People don’t need to do anything. They don’t need to recognize that chrump is a lying deceiver, a war criminal, a fraud and a profiteer. They can continue to ignore the truth, but they will have to face the consequences of such.
    My guess at this point is that chrump is as much of a CIA fabrication as O’bama was/is. Both manchurian candidates. Both designed to accelerate the decline and collapse of FUSA. Each a figurehead of populism-Obammy for the left, Chrump for the right.
    So that we can THINK our voting mattered. So we stay IN the game. So we stay in our seats and stay off the streets…
  13. People who will tell me the things I don’t want to hear are valuable. Just look at the results from ideological bubbles like DC, NY, and LA! I saw the genocide, saw Trumps donors, listened to him and didn’t vote. The Genocide in Gaza is the biggest issue of our time and I can not vote for Genocide!
    I appreciate your answering to your conscience! And sharing your reasoning, and then being open to differences if opinions. ³
  14. David, its OK. Just shows what a “Education” means now….
  15. For all the good that Pres. Trump has accomplished I will not forgive him for protecting the jews, who he literally said were his friends, who sexually abused and murdered and ate White gentile children. Period.
    Pres. Trump left the movement he created, our grievances against FedGov still stand unaddressed by him and Congress.
  16. Let’s keep it simple and call ourselves America First. That’s the essence of the now discredited MAGA movement in any case.
  17. “To Vote or Not to Vote is Not the Question” to paraphrase “To Be or Not to Be” .
    We Are Invaded and Ruled by an Indifferent and Hostile Feral DC government.
    There Will Be No Salvation from DC, only Misery and Ruin.
    So, Disconnection and Seperation are Required, Forming such Associations and Means to ensure our survival at a more local based orientation.
