   Other than fewer than a handful, he is as dysfunctional as all the rest in Congress. Seriously, anarchy is just the absence of government, not rules. You can’t seriously defend the position that IT would be worse than what we have.

   I’d say anyone over 60 in any government position should be retired.
   Make this mandatory.
