Judging by the complete shambles that DC military parade was last year, I am wondering if we got a real peek into the state of our military as a whole. I mean that parade was a total embarrassment with a bunch of sloppy stumble bums allegedly in US Uniforms–compare that to the victory parade in NYC at the end of WWII. Compare that fiasco in DC to a Russian military parade. It’s apparent Trump is pushing the limits of our military capabilities and endurance with this war for Israel against Iran. Who’s in charge here, the Jews, or Trump. Don’t get me started on military waste. Jeeze! And look at the Christian-Zionist nutcase/cultist who’s SecDef. WTF?! Just look at some of the photos of mess hall chow being served… all processed shite slapped on a tray–and it’s no wonder why a good portion of those in uniform are literal walking bags of guts. Look at Navy’s ships in port–rust buckets. Deployments months over expected times at sea–in ships built like crap.
Agreed, General. But FWIW, it started a long time ago with the fallout from the VN War. In 1970 I was stationed at Fort Hood when I came across an article in Army Times titled THE DEATH OF THE ARMY. The article called The Army a Dragon with a huge tail and tiny teeth. I was released from active duty in 1971 but re-enlisted in 1979 as an active reservist.
By then, the WACS had disappeared and you had “enlisted women.” The handwriting was on the wall, and I watched two crack troopers go from PFC to WO1 on their backs. I hit the glass ceiling as an E-6 and bailed. Less than a year later, Desert Storm happened and my unit was activated. Those that did not speak Arabic ended up at Fort Huachuca for several months, picking pepper out of fly shit while the active-duty personnel were stuck overseas.
As more lies and con games keep the money and American .mil personnel flowing into the black hole of the Middle East, the degradation not only of equipment but morale will continue. I am waiting for the truth to come out about what really happened on the USS Abraham Lincoln. I am also curious to find out how honestly effective the Muzzie missiles were on Israeli targets. The only way things will change at this point is if the Socialist-Abortion Party wins the midterms and impeaches the Golden Golem. In the meantime, I will keep an eye out for an airburst over Fairchild AFB, which is about 30 miles to the west of me. Bleib ubrig.
