Thought Exercise Conclusion 2 of 5

Question: Racist? No. Racialist? Yes. Tribalism works quite well for the Jews. Homogeneous ethnicity for the Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, Africans, Arabs, etc. Why should we of European descent not return to it, as well? Why should we not strive for a White nation – a nation by, of, and for those of European descent?

Question: We have abandoned meritocracy. Everyone gets a trophy – except the white male. He goes to the back of the bus. So, I ask again what I asked in the original post – tell me what’s wrong with the laws of Nature and why should we not adhere to them?

From the post – Capitalism views human beings as commodities and nations as markets, both of which are viewed as ready and available to exploit. It demands endless growth, open borders for cheap labor, and results in the import of aliens to undercut wages and drive down living standards. It turns land into speculative assets, pricing our own people out of homes and families. It rewards rootless international finance while draining the strength of the nation.

Question: How do we retain a Capitalist economy and free market and erect guardrails to offshoring of manufacturing and replacement of the Folk with foreigners who will work for slave wages? Remember, the corporation has one mission and one mission only – produce profit for the shareholders – at any cost.

Since many readers are Christian I offer this from Christianity.com – At first, usury indicated the charging of any kind of interest, and in some Christian cultures and even today in many Islamic societies, imposing any interest charges at all is deemed as usury. Throughout history, various domains from ancient Greece to medieval Europe have condemned loans with any interest. However, the Roman Empire ultimately allowed loans with restricted interest rates, and the Catholic Church in medieval Europe forbade the charging of interest at any rate. Religious prohibitions on usury have been asserted within the tenet that charging interest on a loan is a sin.

… and The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender. Proverbs 22:7

Since words mean things – The modern definition:

  1. The lending or practice of lending money at an exorbitant interest (Credit Card interest, Pay Day Loans?).
  2. An exorbitant amount or rate of interest, especially in excess of the legal rate (Loan Sharks?).

The word usury has arrived in modern English to mean unreasonable interest upon money loaned, either formally illegal or at least oppressive. In the Scriptures, however, the word did not have this purpose but indicated simply interest of any kind upon money.

Question: If interest is a tool and we reject the biblical prohibition and accept the modern definition, what qualifies as exorbitant? Who decides? Is charging interest even ethically responsible considering the debt slave status of so many locked into high credit card debt?
