Respectfully to Mr. Bracken, I think they’ll be at that stage inside of 3-days. In 2 weeks, most of them will be dead due to violence or starvation. These people don’t even have used ketchup packets in their fridge. They wake up and take their EBT card down to the corner Bodega. When things finally go pear shaped? Yep, things will deteriorate very quickly in the blue zoos. Corner stores, grocery stores and pharmacies will be cleaned out in less than 24 hours.
When just a rumor of things shutting down gets started, all hell will break lose. I believe the police in many of these cities will not show up for work OR they will use this opportunity to “clean out” the trash that’s taken over their cities because all the ROE will be non-existent.

I lived through a race riot at my HS, as well as the Watts Riots. Joined the Army to get out of LA and then my parents thought I was insane when I moved out of California. I now live in a 99.999 White county, my home is isolated by two rivers; I’ll have plenty of warning.

it will not take a week. by the end of the first day/night, all of the stores will be looted and whatever is not taken away will be trashed.
we seen this before. there will be dead bodies in the streets by day 2, 3 at the latest. none will be removed either. the great culling of the cities will start overnight on day one. anyone in their way will be dealt with
by the mob. by now some of you have realized it is best to get out and away from any city. distance is your best bet. and up hill is even better as most are lazy as hell. but you going to band together in a group to make it. have a few extra rifles and shotguns for those who do not have any at all. ammo is a must, how much you have now is not going to be enough. kind of goes fast when things get started.
that where bolt action rifles are better to hand out than semi autos.
drinking water that is safe will be a bigger problem than most people think it will be. after that, food and meds needed for everyday kind of things, cuts and the like. soap will be a must have item to stay healthy
but really, it much better to as far away from the cities as possible.
up hill from any of them is better still. find ANY way that “they” might travel and watch those areas for movement. armed by the way.
figure the “burbs” will be on fire by day 2 at the latest. figures as there not much in the city, but the burbs, yeah. people have money and stuff they want. best to expect car loads of ‘them’ by early day 2 if not the night of day one. you going to need and want more friends.
