Financial Speculation is the practice of buying assets such as stocks, land, housing, and commodities, not to produce or use productively, but purely to resell later at a higher price for unearned profit.

This process contributes nothing to the advancement or development of the nation, and no product or service is created or rendered.
Our system rejects speculation as a poisonous, parasitic force that destroys healthy economies and harms the race.

Instead of building factories, growing food, or housing families, capital chases quick financial gains. The speculator risks little, and does no real work but extracts enormous wealth from price swings caused by hype, fear, or market manipulation.

Speculation also inverts natural law: it rewards the cunning parasite over those that create. Housing speculation is even more destructive today. Investors treat homes as assets to flip for profit, driving prices far beyond what young White families can afford. This delays marriage, lowers birth rates, and forces our people into enormous lifelong debt or renting, resulting in demographic suicide. Land and housing should serve the Folk, as stable homes for families, not speculative wealth extraction.

We should demand the abolition of land speculation and other forms of unearned income. We must strictly regulate stock exchanges, limit speculative trading, and direct capital toward productive autarky and
rebuilding our industrial base. History shows that speculation destabilizes the nation and enriches rootless finance at the expense of the people.

We must demand that all economic activity serve the community.
Assets must be used productively, for housing families, building industry, or securing food and energy, not gambled upon for financial gain. We reject this system of unearned wealth. Housing and land are for living and building the Folk, not flipping for profit. Investment must serve the nation by investing in productive industry.

Under our system, we would ban speculation and redirect capital to the eternal advancement of our people.
