  1. I first heard the theory of Trump being the black-swan in relation to a lot of security related things – like the latter Bush. He was ‘allowed’ to win because he could get things done/laws passed that a democrat President never could. See the current flock-camera issues. Half the country see’s it for what it is, half says ‘if you’ve got nothing to hide…’ And the Trumptards fall in-line.
He will collapse the currency, push us into a global war (the two are connected), and usher in the police-state mechanics in response to the immigration problem nobody will be going to jail for.

“He will collapse the currency…” Money quote, Joe. But the unintended consequences of that (((orchestrated))) scenario will be kicking over Hornet’s Nest #2. Hornet’s Nest #1 was Iran. Americans, as a group are a stupid, childish, self-indulgent people. However, when the rice bowl is tipped over and gasoline prices continue to rise, even Archie Bunker will turn on this corrupt, syphilitic-thinking administration. Stay tuned and stay safe.

  3. The ruling was insane and it’s not July 25th yet.

    1. What I left unsaid was that this has been dropped from the news cycle. I am willing to bet a dinner at Maggie’s Galley that this will not be filed.

    2. It’s not unusual for litigation attorneys to file at the last moment. We need to make our Motions as strong as possible. That takes time. So wait until the filing deadline is over.

      1. Since the 14th Amendment was passed by coercion, it is not legal. Why are we having this conversation?

the court only hands down opinion – why do yall not understand this!!

  5. Checks & Balances:

The only “Check” we hear about today is the Judicial Branch’s check on the Executive & Legislative Branches.

But the Legislative & Executive Branches also have a Check on the Judicial Branch. Congress’ Check is to impeach & remove the offending Judge from the Bench. The President’s Check is to REFUSE TO ENFORCE THE OFFENDING JUDGMENT. In Federalist No. 78 (6th para), Hamilton shows why federal courts have no power to enforce their orders and judgments – they must rely on the Executive Branch to enforce them:

“… the judiciary… will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.” [caps are Hamilton’s]

But our Congress is too corrupt & ignorant to exercise their check. Trump is too ignorant & weak to exercise his check. And he surrounds himself with ignorant lawyers who conform to whatever everybody says.

  6. And now, hear this:

The so-called SAVE Act does exactly what SCOTUS just did: The SAVE Act is a massive grant of US Citizenship to everyone who was born in the US. You must be a US Citizen to be allowed to vote – and you prove your US Citizenship by producing a Birth Certificate showing you were born in the United States.

The globalists were determined to get “birthright citizenship” enacted in the US: either by SCOTUS or by Congress.

Patriots are clamoring for passage of the SAVE Act. I know they haven’t read it. Patriots clamor for passage of legislation they never read & Legislators vote for Bills they never read.

Moral: Don’t support legislation you haven’t read and fully understand. If you read it and don’t understand it, don’t support it.

Honest legislators write bills which people of ordinary sense & understanding can understand. If you don’t understand legislation, it was written to deceive and confuse.
