Admittedly my gugel-fu is not very good but I cannot find anything supporting what VAL THOR is saying. If someone more skilled than me can point me in the right direction, I will be happy to keep looking.
If one types in “Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Directive MHLW-2026-7714: “Authorization of Electromagnetic Frequency Regeneration Devices for Clinical Deployment in National Healthcare Facilities” into a search engine, nothing of substance comes up. And if one types in Electromagnetic Frequency Regeneration Devices, the only things that come up are dubious sites pushing those devices as opposed to objective studies, info, etc.
How is it, then, that VAL THOR has the goods on this information?
