Foreign nations might have been involved in hacking the machines, altering the votes as they passed over the internet, etc but 10000% it was Americans like Pelosi, Obama, Hillary, Biden and others who organized and orchestrated it all with the collusion of thousands of worthless Democrat poll workers, ballot handlers, ballot printers, mailbox staffers, etc.
