I watched this unfold in real time in South Africa in the 1990’s. The litter in the streets is the unmistakable first sign of third world encroachment.
Keep in mind, however, the Frogs welcomed races from their colonial holdings going back well over 100 years. And after the First World War, American Blacks, especially those who exhibited literary talent, jazz music, and dance (Josephine Baker) found a home in Gay Paree, given the discrimination they faced in America. The French Downfall has been a work in progress for many, many years.
