A pardon in exchange for testifying is great. However … is his personal protection forever guaranteed against say, someone or someones, who want to end him ? It seems like there are a few such examples out there.
Snowden is alive and well in Russia and will stay there. There is plenty of evidence against Obama’s Dynamic Trio that will never be used.
