He probably has someone to wipe his ass for him too. There is a great meme of Trudeau and someone else watering a tree together in the rain. Apparently it is an alteration of another photo of two Turkmenistan leaders watering a tree (apparently a tradition, so the rain was immaterial to the issue). It was widely circulated…mostly because Justine Castreau is an idiot also.
