74 years old!? WTF? Why on earth are politicians so pathetic? The archetype is so cliche. Not a one is worth even minimum wage, let alone the power to make laws. SMH.
I can only find reports of him being arrested on a DWI.

I cannot find anything concerning other than DWI charges. There is still no community note on the X tweet stating that it is incorrect but I doubt it is anything other than a DWI.
Is this guy involved in the redistricting here in NC? I saw a short (Youtube) last night about some of the gerrymandering in the USA, and when mentioning NC, it looked like he was standing with another NC representative at what looked like a press conference.
If so, this could be a typical political dirty trick to me.
