   Vickrum Digwa, the barbarian who killed Henry Nowak, “was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 21 years after being convicted of murder and carrying a knife in public”. – – – – Free room and board probably sounds like a cushy sentence for the puke. – – – – In years past, Britain had a solution that would save tax dollars, and even teach other, would be assailants a needed lesson. – – – – That was hanging, then drawing and quartering. – – – Ah, the good old days.
