He says they need to do something before it is too late.

That’d just be a real damn shame. If they can’t stand on their own without using us as their bitch, then let them fail. I view them no differently than all the parasitic freeloaders we have right here at home draining away our productivity and wealth. We can’t afford to carry their asses anymore, and even if we could, we shouldn’t have to.
