Let’s consider intent. What is the INTENT of Putin, and the CCP, in Cuba? Why do these nations want so badly to have a stronghold 90 miles off our coast? Next question… do we not have the “right” to protect our hemisphere? I’ll submit we should have been addressing this decades ago, but remember that many, if not most of those in power then, as now, are Bolsheviks. Anyone who does not know what that means really ought to look it up.
Now I’ll highlight the inconsistency of the United States defending Taiwan from China, which is just off the coast of China. Does China not have the “right” to defend THEIR hemisphere? Of course. Do they have the right to rampage across the entirety of Southeast Asia? No. There’a difference between attraction and coercion. If the Philippines want to join the CCP, we should not interfere. Anyone believe that to be the case? Let me ask the same question regarding Central and South America. Do the CITIZENS of Brazil, or Venezuela, or Cuba, or Columbia, want to be communists?
With regard to Taiwan, it’s economics. With regard to Cuba, it’s national defense. What’s the difference? Truthfully? Not much. Nevertheless, it’s beyond absurd that we depend on Taiwan in the first place for technology. This is a result of terrible foresight (lack thereof) and grotesque corruption by earlier generations and corrupt officials (see previous paragraph).
It would be nice if we had an end-game with regard to Cuba. Perhaps more people would get behind this. No one wants the Cuban people to suffer. The Cubans want to be free, and Cuban Americans want Cuba to be free. The only people who want the status quo are the Bolsheviks.
I’ll be honest here (well, I always am, but whatever). I think we should continue the embargo of Cuba and FORCE China and Russia out. Period, full stop. Is it legal? I don’t care. Nor do I give two fracks about what the U.N says. They’re off our coast, and China, who IS an enemy of our country, has no business there. This is not a safe world, and it is full of barbarians that want to take our stuff, rape our children, harvest our organs and torture us to death after they have enslaved us. THIS is China, or more specifically, the CCP. They are an existential threat to our nation and our lives. They have the power, and the intent, to wreck us, and they are succeeding. To allow the CCP to have a stronghold 90 miles off our coast is suicide, full stop. We have the right to defend ourselves, and we shouldn’t have to wait until their missiles are in the air. They already bombed us with Covid. Are we not paying attention?

I want Cuba to fall also. I want the Monroe Doctrine to be back in place. If I got everything I wanted, we would be living in a Constitutional Republic with secure elections. Does the United States have the right to take down foreign governments around the world? Is that what our founding fathers intended? My real concern is why now? Trump is so overextended that both Russia and China have the best opportunity to assert their power and possibly take us down.
This may all be moot as we are on the verge of WWIII with Iran. How did this once great nation become the epitome of evil against the wishes of its own people? How much longer will we endure tyranny at the behest of Israel? Or Muslims? Or any other group that is being financed by the Deep State?

If Putin is serious about blockade-running the Russian Navy would be escorting the tanker with several guided-missile frigates and cruisers.

This is Putin’s direct challenge to Trump. And what happens could determine the future for the world. Will Trump ego lead to the Military seizing his vessel? And what will be the Russian response. Odds are very good that a Russian attack sub….or three will be in the vicinity.
In my little world, if we were a constitutional republic, we would have a military robust enough to defend our country and territories, against ANY enemy, or coalition of enemies. NOT enough military, or intent, for being the World Police.
