Screwed Again by Trump

From Grok

U.S. taxpayers are paying for the bombs. The $2.8 billion package is structured as a Foreign Military Financing (FMF) transaction: the U.S. government supplies the funds that Israel then uses to buy the munitions from American manufacturers.

This is the same mechanism used for most U.S. military aid to Israel, which already totals several billion dollars annually under existing agreements. The current planned transfer of 20,000 MK-84s, 20,000 BLU-117s, and 20,000 I-2000 penetrator warheads would be drawn from that aid pipeline rather than paid for out of Israel’s own budget.

Congressional notification is underway, but the financing arrangement itself is not in dispute across reporting from the Washington Post, Reuters, and other outlets covering the story today.

  1. I’m good with delivering them from the belly of hundreds of B-52s and B-2s.

    1. We should be so lucky. At this stage, of all the deleterious things trump has done, his bankrupting us for war – more than anything else – should be the highest and best cause for his removal from office. At the rate it’s going presently, he will have us in some $2.5-4T further in the hole, along with economically ruinous hyperinflation, before his term runs it’s full course.

I’m finding it increasingly realistic that the collapse will occur with the next two years now. The prevailing thinking of “experts” has put the collapse of the FUSA at somewhere around 2030-2033, but I really don’t think we can make that. Just the cost of everything is untenable already, and there is absolutely nothing to indicate a change in conditions that will slow that trend, much less stop or reverse it.

  2. Israhell needs moar ammo so the yids can slaughter the rest of their ME neighbors (Turkey, Egypt, et al).

I just keep telling myself that it could be Kanadian Kamala ruining America in her own special way instead of Pres. Trump…….

  3. So if we are running out of missiles and bombs and it’s going to take years to replenish them. Where the hell are these coming from? Shouldn’t maaaybe we replenish our stocks first? Sure looks like Bibi and Volodymyr are tag teaming Trump and the American tax payer is footing the bill. I’m beginning to look forward to the impeachment hearings after the midterms.

  4. a young man recently informed my mother that “there are no wars”…. as the recruiter signed him up for infantrymen in the army. This government is ferell and needs to go.

  5. between the stupid war that he started for whatever reason and gasoline going up. things are not going to end well.
diesel was over 6.30 per gallon last time I checked around here.
food prices are going up fast in stores I see.
I have been keeping less in the bank account as I fully expect the dollar to drop/fall/whatever in the near future.
one thing I know is when it does happen, it will happen real fast.
silver and gold are great, don’t get me wrong about that. but you going to need a stable marketplace to trade.
living thru the first 6 months to a year before that even starts to happen..

    1. Amen use of gold and silver requires a stable marketplace aka rule of Law to be useful in trade.

Argentina still had accepted rule of Law during their economic collapse and so folks could trade services and stuff despite the high criminal activities.

I doubt America will retain rule of Law if economic collapse occurs.

4k for a ounce of gold, how many cans of beans?
