Do Men Need an Excuse?

I posted this because it reminded me of an incident that changed my outlook on life. I had a client come into my office and started to shout at me about some work we had done for him. I considered him to be a friend and his comments were not based in facts. I considered shouting back but was told to do a simple act. I asked him why he was upset. He immediately calmed down and told me that he had just come from a construction meeting that had not gone well.

I realized that he was taking out his frustration on me and just listened. Because people do not listen to other people. That experience taught me to ask people what I could do to help them. I was surprised at their responses and the change in their attitude.

I personally do not physically want anything from other people. I do want people to research and make decisions based on facts. I do not want people to “take my word” on an issue to base their decisions.

I have also found that asking questions can quickly determine another person’s state of mind. Everyone has seen it: you ask a question and the person lashes out irrationally. There is nothing you can do with frustrated people who live in fear and denial. I wonder what would happen if people just asked other people how they can be of assistance?

As the culture and society of this corrupt, syphilitic-thinking country continues to degenerate, it will become more apparent to right-thinking young men that the answer could just be MGTOW. Unless a man finds a devoutly religious woman who adheres to the admonitions in Proverbs 31 and unless he conforms to the admonishments in Ephesians regarding how he should treat his wife, the relationship/marriage is doomed.
True, men do not get a pass. But an understanding wife will see through the hurt he is carrying and comfort him. I have been so rightly blessed, after two failed tries, one of which I had no control over. And after 29 years, we can read each other like books and know each other’s needs. Philippians 4:13.

  2. Yes, and when men opt to GTOW they are criticized for being “afraid of commitment.”

There’s no “winning” with rabid, self-righteous feminists, and when, someday soon, these latter find themselves bent over a table so as to serve as receptacles for mooslem sexual emergencies, where will all those toxic American men be? Aren’t American men supposed to defend the “damsels in distress”?

    Double standard? Definitely!

  3. James 1: Hearing and Doing
18He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we would be a kind of firstfruits of His creation. 19My beloved brothers, understand this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger, 20for man’s anger does not bring about the righteousness that God desires.…

As David said listening and withholding your anger when someone is outraged often resolves the issues and sometimes gains you a brother.

James 3:…7All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and creatures of the sea are being tamed and have been tamed by man, 8but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. 9With the tongue we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God’s likeness.…

James 3:8 vividly illustrates the power and danger of the tongue, reminding believers that while humans cannot fully tame it on their own, they are called to seek God’s help to speak wisely and righteously. The verse serves as a warning and a guide for cultivating speech that blesses rather than harms.

We are not called to be abused but to be careful listeners, careful to speak and let God show through our lives.

Dweezel already did a fine job describing how to treat your wife and family.

WORDS No Man wants to hear before God’s throne:

Matthew 7: 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

God isn’t worried about MAN’s Double Standards.

God doesn’t grade on a man made curve.

  4. This guy has said it well. I say that as an unmedicated older woman. Too many women today are addicted to social media to feed their narcissism and on meds that increases their insanity. I find joy in making bread for my husband and in my Bible.

  5. That man has it right. The feminazis have to accept accountability or men get to make excuses also. Of course if you were to point this out you would hear a lot of screeching about how equality for them means inequality for you. The woke mind virus should be renamed The Orwellian Mind Virus. Ignorance is strength, comrades!
