Lets say worst case scenario…some kind of “One Second After” event or just a crippling hack on the grid…
Most everything is dark, except for these bright jewels lit up randomly(military bases).
How long before the native population storms in and takes over these bases?
Literal moths to a flame, most burned up, but not all. And would our troops attack and kill their own people?
Just my thoughts when I saw this plan announced.
I wonder how long it would take soldiers on these bases to leave and go home home to protect their families? I believe it would not take too long once they understand what the government has done to the country.

They just take the toys and go home.
Seems to me they know something the general public does not, and TPTB don’t want a country-wide panic or they would tell us the same thing the Euro-weenies are telling their countries (have at least 3 days of food and water, etc).
Interesting timing with all of the riots in Europe and important elections coming up.
