   Nuclear power plants will not explode when they are struck by a kinetic, conventional weapon. They are very likely, however, to spew radiation just like the Chernobyl nuclear power plant did.

   Prevailing winds would likely send any radiation cloud away from Jerusalem. I see no major Israeli city that would be threatened.
