  1. Circuit Court decisions only apply in the states making up that Circuit. You can bet that other Courts will find in the opposite requiring the SCOTUS to address the issue…or ignore it, which they are want to do leaving the quer unresolved.

  2. Tennessee is a private party state folks! That means cash in a parkinglot. No ID, no FFL.

  3. I would also add N.H. Joe,a lot of other states getting there or are there.

Friends ask me what do you have to do to carry a gun in N.H.,I say,dou you own a gun, carry it if you want.

They then ask but what do they have to do to carry legally to which I reply do I have to carry it for you.

Tis sad what some states laws have done to peoples minds.

  4. Add Kentucky to the list, open, concealed carry OK for everyone.

  5. Does this apply only to private sales or to FFL transfers too? Can I order a gun at PSA and have it shipped to my house?

  6. Am I the only one wondering about these decisions?

And just HOW the Hell this decision WILL ONLY apply to their members like the past few decisions lately, funny how constitutional rights are limited to ONLY the participant, in some latest decision 2 or 3 plaintiffs not the region or country. So 3 people gets their rights but the rest of us you get no rights until you persoanlly bankrupt your self fighting .GOV thru courts??
Exactly when did this all the judicial decisions change to just some rights for SOME very limited group of people, ignoring the fact it should apply country wide?
CAN YOU SEE the game being played right now. It’s Roman bread and circuses for the masses to distract them.
