made bucks off the sale and then the Indians who bought it, drove it right into the ground inside of a year. one thing is common with any of them is the NEED to make their money back after buying said store.

3 years after the first was sold, it was boarded up as NO ONE was going there to buy subs or anything else.
and the store was a mess most of the time too. almost no one ever sat inside anymore to eat. wonder if that little bit didn’t have a lot to do with it closing down inside of 2-3 years ?
Well when they get 0% government loans (your money) all they have to do is pull cash out of it until they run it into the ground and then move on…They are parasites or locusts and that’s what they do…
25 years ago, worked for a major corporation who had a complex manufacturing plant in India. They excelled at all the training and quality management requirements. The plant was staffed with college educated engineers and chemists who couldn’t get jobs else where. They were highly educated. I always thought that was strange. Never envisioned them going to the US to displace American workers, but here we are.
What should really scare you is the number of them being imported to work as doctors (hospitalists) in healthcare.
