Bahrain is already gone. The little foreigner they made Navy Sec admitted last week that Bahrain was unable to be currently used as a USN base and a commission was studying abandoning it totally.
As if we didn’t know this would happen if and when things got frosty with Iran. Duh! Did these 4-Star Mo-Mo’s in the pentagram really did not think this one through? Are these fools still stuck in the 1990’s when we cake-walked into Iraq? Are they still studying WWII tactics? Still balls deep in these Power-Point presentations? Seems so. On the bright side it’s one less worthless military base we have to keep pumping hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars into yearly. Perhaps Iran is doing us a huge favor by zotzing all these installations–that are never going to be rebuilt. I’ll go with this line of thinking.
