Well, that’s a new detail. And a twist I didn’t expect. While he was right to hold the line, now I’m left to wonder if he was insistent on a guilty verdict as a means to “get whitey”. The possibility has to be considered, as much as I’d like to think just seeing justice done was his only motive. Such is the state of race relations in 2026.
Big Ruckus a few days ago the rumor was a white man was the hold out and folks here praised him for doing the right thing.
Now “oh MY” he was BLACK… Musta wanted to “get whitely”.
Or just maybe despite being Black he was raised with MORALS?

No Buddy I’ve known many an honorable Black man in my 6+ decades, many in militarty service.
Happily, one such honorable Christian black family is part of my MAG.
It was offered as a thought exercise. I’m not saying that’s what actually happened. I’d still prefer to believe he was voting guilty for the right reasons. But, as things stand in 2026 clown world America, I can also easily see a scenario where a black person would use this situation as an opportunity to “flex” against Whites. I’ve also pointed out the racism of low expectations now displayed by the White jurors in portraying the hold out as somehow being unable to fully understand the law, that being why he refused to capitulate to the rest of the jury.
I should also add that when being faced with 11 increasingly shrill and irrational people who vehemently disagreed with his stance (correct though it was, legally speaking), he may have simply dug in his heels for the sake of being oppositional in the face of incredible pressure. Nobody responds favorably to an ultimatum, and he had virtually everyone else involved gunning for him and trying to force him to render a different decision. And honestly, I wouldn’t fault him if that’s exactly what took place. From the sound of things, these 11 people acted like assholes as deliberations dragged on.
I can tell you that I’ve faced situations in the past that were similar in nature, where a group of people aligned against me in trying to force my capitulation to their point of view. Past a certain point, that was counterproductive, since my rationale for not going along then became more a matter of challenging them just to piss them all off in retribution for their dirty and shameless attempted manipulation tactics. Sometimes, a man is driven to deny the expectations of others just as a “F you” sort of protest, even if his original position was correct in it’s own right.
Interestingly many have no problem accepting that there are many whites who reject western culture but find it inconceivable that a black would reject ghetto culture, they might be an extremely small minority but they exist nonetheless.
True enough. And again, I was not making an accusation against the lone holdout juror, only throwing out the possiblity to such an angle for consideration. With the level of anti-white hatred that has been stoked amongst American blacks for the last 20+ years, one has to acknowledge the possibility of such a motive. Nothing would please me more than to know beyond the shadow of a doubt that he is a man of good character and discernment.
Since I do not expect him to speak publicly anytime soon (for his own safety), I don’t figure to gain any additional insight straight from the source. Perhaps at some point in the future, he will grant an interview, although that is fraught with much risk, as the whore media will more likely use that as an opportunity to smear him for going “off the reservation”.
Sigh. So, in addition to these demonic harpies and their beta male consorts being accessories to murder, they are also racists! I can only recall the words spoken by Don Vito Corleone: “No one can reason with this man!” And if you read the book, you know what came after he spoke. Massachusetts: Too small to be a country. Well, we know that liberal whites are notoriously racist, despite their virtue signalling to portray otherwise. Remember all the “migrants” bussex to Martha’s Vineyard? That said, everyone is racist. It just comes down to how well they conceal it (or choose not to).
Seems I saw a photo of the jurors and there were two men included. One appeared a little older than the other and the older man appeared to be Black. Seems any articles that included a drawing or photo of the jury focused on the younger man as the hold out against the other eleven. Was the jury comprised solely of 11 women and only 1 man?
We’ve been told (to this point, anyway) that there were 9 women, and 3 men (two of whom should now have turned in their man cards). There was a picture that made the rounds a few days ago – that I suspect was AI generated – of a white man as the purported hold out juror. Since we’ve no reason to believe anything that we’re told by the mainstream media – given their track record of untruths – who the hell really knows what’s going on.
This was a classic case of ‘jury nullification’ (look up that term) if you all want to know. With jury nullification you can vote your conscious–and this is protected by several SCOTUS decisions. If you don’t agree with a law someone is being prosecuted by–you can ‘nullify’ said law by refusing to convict. And quite the opposite in this case, you can also refuse to vote with a majority to acquit. You can completely ignore a judge’s detailed instructions and you can completely ignore law being quoted to you by 11 other angry jurors who have lost their freakin’ minds–and thus hang a jury and impose a new trial. In the OJ Simpson trial the jury actually ‘nullified’ the entire court proceeding by letting Simpson go free–and this was because of their shabby treatment during the 1 year long sequestration in a shitty Los Angeles hotel. Doing so they stuck it all in Judge Ito’s eye–who by the way was a complete idiot for letting the trial go on for so long and become a circus.
It’s worth adding that if one openly proclaims they are engaging in jury nullification, or even if is suspected by a court, I have no doubt that in some jurisdictions it would result in said Court finding a way to trump up charges and throw the individual in jail. Irrespective of what rulings the SC has made, Judges abhor being dicked around with, and if they think anybody is getting cute in their courtroom, they’ll find some way to exact revenge on the offender. TL;DR, never admit to, or make any claim of practicing jury nullification.
Actually no–they won’t throw you in jail. I once stood up and told the judge that, no–I may not be able to follow jury instructions. I told him that I would reserve my right to employ ‘jury nullification.’ And at that–the whole court erupted. I was take aside and interviewed by the judge–I told him the defendant was being held with outrageous bails contrary to the 8th Amendment. Also I could not accept the testimony of a 5 year old child (divorce accusations using the child as a weapon)–and was in the same courtroom as the McMartin kangaroo trial (Torrance Ca.) Standing up and say the words ‘jury nullification’ caused the whole jury pool to be dismissed after I was dismissed. Earlier before lunch, while i was out in the foyer–a woman came through handing out pamphlet saying, ‘know your rights as a juror.’ –which also caused a massive upheaval in the entire multi-floor court facility. They even searched every prospective juror and went through all the trash cans looking for the pamphlet. They/them are afraid of jury-nullification. You will never hear anything about this from anyone associated with the court. The judges know full well about J-N and that you are protected if you use it because of the supreme court decisions.
