David, this was an excellent video with extremely important information! You are right, it will come under the TL;DW category.
The sad part is that too many homeowners really wouldn’t understand some of the terms described in the video. They have done the simplest mortgage and HELOC for years and they live their lives. Perhaps there is a 401K in there for some and savings for others. I read awhile ago that 60% of folks don’t even have $500 savings for an emergency repair or medical bill. Tough times coming for those folks.
I believe we are experiencing a slow roll into a depression; in some areas of the country, it will be more difficult than others. And everyone who thought a new President would get us out of a tough economy, well, a lot can be said.
