If this ruling is not overturned, then do whatever you have to do to acquire whatever it is you need. Once the DSA is back in power, those Reds will move heaven and earth to neutralize the Second Amendment. Plan accordingly. Bleib ubrig.

Teef: It upholds the lawsuit filed by several states and GOA which contends the NFA cannot go against the case law upholding the Second Amendment. Since BATFE can no longer require a tax stamp and fee if you apply for a permit for a SBR, SBS, or suppressor, the BATFE permit requitement is unconstitutional because it is no longer a tax.
The ruling only applies to the states who sued, Idaho being one of them. So, what it will mean is if you live in one of the Plaintiff states, you can own the items I referenced above without any interference from BATFE. However, if your state was not one of the Plaintiffs, then all FEDGOV and state laws are still in place to restrict you by law from owning a SBR, SBS, or suppressor. If the FEDGOV does not appeal this ruling, then it becomes law. I suspect the POTUS’s useful idiots at DOJ will probably whisper in his demented 80-year-old ears about how this ruling would: “…make it easier for terrorists.” I hope I am wrong.
