To me, it’s disgraceful that he was given a blanket pardon for an alleged crime he hadn’t been convicted of at the time. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says a president can’t do this, but it becomes a moral issue over whether a president should. Since Biden has no morals, no ethics, and no belief in Christ, he has nothing—he’s an empty shell, like all Democrats are—which is why he and other democrat presidents got away with what he did.
There is a God in heaven that is watching everything wicked people do and his eye covers the entire earth and whatever these demons do in back rooms can’t be hidden from the almighty God.
From an article I read, the pardon is dated and covers only the things Fauci said and did between the beginning and end dates. It does not exempt him from what he says and does from that last date forward. If he is asked about what he said or did between those dates and answers truthfully, then he can’t be prosecuted. If he lies about what he did or said between those dates, he’s toast.
That’s correct he still can be prosecuted and brought up on contempt charges and since he was a federal employee he is not allowed to plead the 5th, it does not apply to federal workers which must answer truthfully. But we all know since he is a Democrat lying garbage scumbag he is able to get away with lies and deceit and laugh about it. Democrats run on two sets of laws one for them which are covered by there whore federal judges who let there crimes slide and another for conservatives who the same judges throw the book at them and imprison them. A nation like ours cannot continue two run on two sets of laws which will implode under its own weight if corruption.
The Attorneys General of individual states can prosecute him in their states for these genocidal acts. I will not hold my breath.
