In 2023, about 60% of U.S. electricity generation came from fossil fuels — including coal, natural gas, petroleum, and other gases U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). This share has been gradually declining in recent years due to the growth of renewables and nuclear power.
Some 16% comes from coal but I’d like to see electric mining equipment digging and processing coal and electric semi’s hauling it.
Looking to see all electric Semi-trucks that haul everything you and I eat, drink, wear and shocking provide essential daily use chemicals for water purification and sewage treatments.

How many miles DO you drive?
BTW weather affects EV ranges, electric use for heaters (battery’s have heaters) and AC in hot weather eats into your EV range.
A typical American home (and oddly apartment) uses daily:
Average U.S. household: ~28.4 kWh/day (861 kWh/month)
As most grow house “pot” operations and such are often detected by “unusual electric use” AND the advent of “Smart Meters” the Powers that BE already get a lot of data on you from your grid power use.
