When will the madness end? Unless the people understand their end fate under an evil government, the madness will never end. I cannot imagine trying to explain to our founding fathers the current state of the Great Experiment.
This does bring to mind how our current society acts in public. We are anything but polite. And to be clear, “Bless your heart” in the South is not being polite.

The Great Experiment works in a controlled environment: homogeneous, same moral history, a we’re in it together mentality with a healthy pinch of independence and a strong distrust in authority. And NO universal suffrage.
I used to love to take Yankee mfr reps to lunch in the South (typically home style mom and pop restaurants) in rural areas. They, being Yankees, would behave as such and the nice waitresses would say, “…bless your heart.” Everyone one of those arrogant bastards got pissy when I translated. I told them if they wouldn’t be asshats then the waitress wouldn’t have told to eff off.
We wouldn’t be explaining anything to the founding fathers. They would be explaining to us why we should take up arms and overthrow these people, and re-establish the Constitution as written.
