The New Third Front: China Quietly Revamps Country for War

An interesting series of reports have shone light on China’s ‘quiet’ but revolutionary preparations for conflict with the US.

China has mastered the art of the silent observer. Legions of commentators spent years criticizing China for not being more active and involved in the global geopolitical theaters, such as the Russia-Ukraine war, particularly when tilting those conflicts in its own favor would have greatly benefited China.

But now portions of China’s strategy are finally coming to light, and revealing the country’s uniquely furtive approach to maintaining a semblance of balance while in actuality making unprecedented hidden preparations for the worst case scenarios.

This description summarizes the developments best:

Russian analysis: China has accelerated construction of a comprehensive national-resilience system intended to withstand sanctions, blockade, supply-chain collapse, natural disasters and potentially major war.

In effect, what is happening is that China is quietly watching and learning from the mistakes of all its counterparts, particularly Russia and Iran, and is restructuring its own internal policies and protective apparatuses toward avoiding the exact kind of traps that Russia had fallen into in Ukraine.

What “trap”, precisely, do we mean? One word suffices—it is the trap of vulnerability.

  1. Putin and Xi are not only natural allies due to proximity, but in their resistance to the Western powers trying to dominate the world, as well. Beyond just ‘enemy of my enemy’ thing, they no doubt have very frank, high-level discussions about the future direction of both of their countries.

Trump’s going to go into Iran on behalf of his handlers. Senate will support it, we’ll get a false-flag if that’s needed. Wouldn’t want to be in the Navy right now.
Saudi Arabia knows this – that’s why they started attacking the Houthis’s, pre-empt the retaliation coming once we hit Iran. Boots on the ground, grok that.
What will China and Russia do then?
Russia needs to wrap up Ukraine, a 2-front war is no-good, but frankly that’s the likely outcome, NATO will start provoking harder. The Iran situation goes very hot, and bleeds into NATO territory due to Article 5 bullshit, and the whole region is plunged into war. Those Caucuses are weak, Turkey’s pissed at everyone, its just a giant tinder box waiting for a spark…. And they will try to revive the WW2 jingoism, Captain America, do-it-for-the-boomers bullshit. That’s who these people are, they can’t grasp they are hated, they think we all love them, like life is a giant Spielberg movie. Reality has no bearing on their lives.

“Wouldn’t want to be in the Navy right now.” Wouldn’t want to be in ANY branch of the American military right now. Or ever. FIFY.

  2. I don’t think such a complicated explanation is needed. Why wouldn’t China cheerlead in favor of the U.S. running down its armament stick pile? Makes it shorter time and less expensive to achieve parity or higher.
