“The Emperor Wears No Clothes” by Jack Herrer is a great easy-reading book that details EXACTLY how a conspiracy of government, big oil, bigPharma, cotton, paper and other interests colluded to get this wonderful plant essentially taxed out of utility in the 1920s (followed of course by additional federal criminalizations).
Indeed, it is NO MISTAKE that we are on this planet at the same time as this wonderful plant or that our brains and other organs have cannabinoid receptors.
