No surprise. Delta had a small unit in place at the end of Waco. They were the ones deployed at the back of the burning building gunning down the civilians trying to escape the flames. To your point about firearms and just a side note: LEO’s all have families they will want to protect. Active NG and military all have families they will want to protect.
