I look out my window and know it is coming. I don’t know when nor how intensely, but it is coming. I’ve just enough carrot and stick to remain in a state of potential energy. I’ve convinced myself that I’ll do the right thing when required. Mental and physical preparedness is all I got. Part of me thinks it cowardly, another part thinks it’s smart. But I refuse to be a poseur.

We crossed the Rubicon and passed the point of no return a long time ago…and it’s just now that a few people are waking up to this reality.
This is the truth. A peaceful resolution was never a possibility, because even at the earliest stages of the subversion that destroyed the FUSA, violence would’ve been required to forcibly remove those responsible, and tamp down their diseased ideology sufficiently to prevent it from ever proliferating. The overwhelming majority of people would never apply that sort of force until the moment their lives are directly threatened, and even then many would fail to react in the way neccessary to insure their self preservation.
It is painfully obvious that the masses lack the character to do what is required of them. And many of them will actively interfere in the efforts of those who are willing and able to do what ultimately needs doing, thinking themselves the high and mighty arbiters of societal standards. These busy bodies will have to be dealt with just as any other enemy.

For me, it became apparent sometime around 2008 (think the great ‘housing bubble’) that we (as a cultural/country) were screwed. IMHO, the vast majority of people are nothing more than cowards and will do nothing unless they are under direct threat (at which time it is too late).
For the few of ‘us’ who have been and are still awake, hunkering down is the norm and to that end, preparing and watching the ‘shit show’ go by becomes some kind of twisted entertainment.
