   Probably not a distraction. They did it to the twin towers and other buildings on 9/11 disguised as workers and set explosives to bring the buildings down. They must figure they can do the same again but likely on a much more widespread area.

   Hey, remember the New Jersey drone formations? We never got any answers on that either, and so far there’s been no discernable “payoff” for whoever was deploying those. People spending hours in the sewer network of a city like New York for no apparent reason strikes me as the makings of really bad things to come. Or maybe it’s a staged distraction, while they are busy doing something else they don’t want detected in advance.
