      Indeed. Pain seems to be about the only stimuli that can force the lazy and uniformed out of their comfortable delusions. So, bring on the pain. Like Tom Petty said, “the waiting is the hardest part”. We have been suffering with an interminably long case of political blue balls, and it is all so tiresome. We know the big crisis is coming, so let’s get on with it already. Spending decades waiting for the proverbial shoe to drop is torture.
