Thanks for posting this study. I know someone who works with special ed children. Impulse control is a big issue. So is the fact that so many parents are divorced, in jail, drug rehab. Child neglect is also a huge issue.
The collapse of the black family structure is the cause of this loss of self control in their culture. The question is what to do to correct it in the future since the ones raised without any controls are now lost.
I agree. Today, I spent my day studying the state of Louisiana. A rich state that every corporation fed off and still does.
Special education is underfunded. But the teacher aides cannot become the parents. These poor kids go home to and live in terrible conditions. Many are in foster homes. My own mother never knew her father or mother. She was a white qrag thrown here and there as a child. So much that she ran away at 12 years of age to be further abused by “the system.” Impulse and rage issues were my beautiful mother’s issue. I was her first blood relative.
I am white. My mother was white. My father was white. My ancestors were white. Calling people chimps, niggers, and posting derogatory photos is a disgrace. It shows the ignorance of the authors and commenters. I do not condone violence in any form. I hate violence. Just because you were born white does not make you better. Any of us can have a stroke tonight and lose our mental and physical capacity.
Ignorant whites need to consider the plank in their own eye. If they are so smart, then share the solution for poverty, impulsivity, crime, etc. etc. How about the “ white” Fed Ex guy that recently killed the little girl and sang Jingle Bell Rock as he strangled her to death? He was better. He was white.

You have no idea how many derogatory comments I delete concerning black Americans. It’s easy to divide us along racial lines but the evidence concerning the loss of self control by black Americans can no longer be ignored. Ignorance abounds as you say but that is not a solution to a real problem. Until they understand that they will be held accountable for their actions, nothing will change. Most of the problem is their broken family structure at the hands of the government. Education and the “justice” system also are to blame. If an answer is not found, the consequences will be severe. We don’t have to live like this is a common refrain but it is true.
I agree. The only cure is a consequence. Same for whatever skin color you were born with. Everyday, I hear from a family member that the principal of the school where she works does not offer a consequence. She gives the errant black, white, and Latino students candy. Not kidding. Long Island community. 14 thousand a year property taxes.
