I honestly do not think the parents could stop these kids,they are beyond control short of meeting their violence with violence.
We grew up feral/latchkey kids but did not go on destroying sprees,sure,we got into trouble but we never hurt others property or people,mostly just a danger to ourselves which we survived just fine!
There is a scientific reason for this type of behavior.
If those responsible for the behavior of the conserved cannot control their behavior, and wish to aviod being *held* responsible in court, then they can petition the *court* to conserve them, and abdicate their responsibility publicly.
If the *court* wishes to avoid resposiblity…. I have a thought…
When researching the origins of the english word “fuck”, I discovered a case in antiquity, when a poor rural comunity found that it could not control the behavior of an individidual….
The court publicly announced that it had removed said individual “from the protection of the court”. Essentially stating that any “crimes” committed against said individual could not be prosecuted within said court.
You child dies and you get to stop paying child support for him/her after a divorce. Why should this be any different? What exactly is the money going for if the state is housing/feeding them in prison?
But WHY IS ANYONE BEING STOLEN FROM to subsidize the existence of ANYONE. Please point to the Constitutional authority for that (and no, “promote the general welfare” is NOT a sufficient “authority.”

To be realistic and blunt, this won’t stop until the cops and citizens are allowed to gun them down in the street. overwhelming force is the only thing their low IQ brains can understand.
True. This is why, when I was a Peace Officer in SoCal, they never pulled anything resembling this in the Barrio. They feared the Vato Locos.
