A night out at the North Hills Cinema in Raleigh, NC. The Young Blood movie was playing, and over 30 police had to be called because of disturbances and fights. They should have locked the doors and activated the Halon system, /sarc. Feral animals, not /sarc

Biblically speaking God state to moses the sins of the children cannot be levied on the parents, I understand the sentiment but, this would be a disaster if this was to become law in locking up the parents and the children walk free. In my day they would be sent to a detention center for some time until they became human again and not tribal.

  Phil: When I worked as a Peace Officer in SoCal, the parents were not locked up when their whelps caused trouble. But if there was loss or property damage involved, civil remedies were in place, enforced by Juvenile Court, to hold the parent(s) accountable. That was an equitable system. Make them pay compensation.
