To know who rules over you …
Nobody names the nigger. ‘Teens’, ‘youth’ (used to be you could at least call them urban yout’s). If ypu start calling them out for the way they behave, you can start to treat the problem. So long as they get away with it, as long as its tolerated, so long as you aren’t able to name it, it will continue.

Anybody know where this was? Seems like a little pickup bed sniper action a la Matt Bracken is needed. My wife drives uptown everyday for work. At least she is carrying bear spray in her car but I cant get her to carry her pistol.
If I encountered this I couldn’t help myself. I’d pull out my trunk monkey and commence to clearing the roadway.
