MAGA v. Sapience

I could not understand what was so bad about wanting your country to be great. Now I understand that MAGA is not about patriotism, the American Dream or actually anything. It was just a slogan for the masses to be misled.

  2. Maga has been coopted just like the Tea Party .

    1. I don’t think it was ever a genuine idea to begin with. It was a catch phrase focused grouped into existence by political whores, same as anything else they do that “catches on” and achieves critical mass. Those who bought into it as a real political movement (with Trump at the helm) were fooled, just like so many times before.

    2. The GOP co-opted the Tea Party movement from the beginning. There also was a component supporting Taxed Enough Already. While true, their motives had nothing to do with public virtue. This also applied to the 912 movement.
      Why do you think NCFreedom became NCRenegade?

  3. I thought I was MAGA until Trump kicked me and many others out of the movement for asking about the Epstein files.

    Now, I’m more of a “Water The Liberty Tree” kind of fellow.
