
Yesterday David put up a post titled Stargate, which discussed the possibility that Iran may target some of the mega datacenters. I had responded to that post with a comment, and wanted to expand on that here… specifically solutions in the event the major datacenters, including those that run Grok and ChatGPT. Securing your own important financial and medical data does not warrant an article, as everyone knows how to do this… whether they choose to or not is another matter. However, the usefulness of online tools like Grok cannot be overstated, and many people use them every day for work, education, and creative projects.

This is a very easy project that anyone can do with even a modest computer and the ability to open a program. It will also help you strengthen your computer skills and perhaps come up with some ideas to also work on improving your data backup plan and stop relying entirely on cloud storage.
