War crime? Ha, only if those who committed the act actually face accountability. And accountability is, by all appearances, the rarest thing on the planet these days. IOW, let me know when there’s been a trial and convictions. I’ll probably be collecting social security before that happens. And I don’t expect to ever see a red cent of social security, by the time I’m old enough to qualify. I’ll bet my ass there’ll be no accountability for that, either.
