Good thing I moved from NC to the Ozarks. Property taxes here are dirt cheap. The more I see on this site regarding NC the happier I am to have left. Now, I’m a native Virginian. I’ll always be a Virginian, but Virginia is worse than NC. Both coasts are toast (IMHO).
