Been watching Ox Talks on YouTube. A real estate attorney reveals the dangerous position we find ourselves in with private credit.
This is the new sub prime mortgage type crisis. I mean really, what did these fools think would happen with interest rates up to 30%? People just get to a point that they reign in all spending, pay just the mortgage and car loan, get cheap wireless service, and quit paying on all the credit cards and personal loans. Normally people just declare bankruptcy but Congress and their banking masters screwed that up. No bail out or bail ins this time, let them crash and burn.
