It’s completely obvious at this point the US has lost this conflict. We should offer an unconditional surrender. Followed by welcoming on our new Sharia Federal Government.

Defeat is unavoidable at this point. Every decisive “Aldertag” (Eagle day) that Hegseth or Trump announce amount to not much at all. The situation gets worse for us the longer it goes on. It is not required of Iran to mine the straight to keep it shut and no amount of conventional military power applied in that vicinity can change that. They are letting us waste our time and dig a deeper hole until we see that we will be in checkmate in 3 moves no matter what we try to do. All Iran needs to do to win decisively any time they want is to knock out the oil production in the Gulf and then we are done. There is no need to open a straight if there will be nothing coming or going through it anyway.
