That USED to be considered a WAR CRIME. But after what WE DID in Iraq in the first Gulf War, its pretty obvious that you can commit thousands of war crimes by destroying civilian infrastructure, allowing hundreds of thousands to die by banning chlorine to clean up the water after you destroyed the treatment plants, and get 100% away with it all….if you are in control of the “justice” mechanism.
Water has always been a weapon. Why would it be different now.
