  1. Sadly I must say that many of us have been brain washed, lied to, and manipulated to the extent that we are like Israel of old that has moved away from God and are going to suffer the repercussions of that. Most can’t or won’t see it because the truth of where we are is hard to accept. Once you start seeing the truth it is hard to believe. Just like an addict you have to realize the problem and want to make a change and usually it takes something very profound to start the process. I think at this point it will take an act of God to open peoples eyes and that is most likely going to be very painful for most. I believe that day of Jacob’s trouble is ahead and that then our work will really begin. It won’t be easy but in the end everyone must learn in their own way.

May God have mercy on those who must stand and provide them with the courage, faith, and commitment to see it through.

Yes, yes and yes! Douglas nails it.

God is quite good at ‘acts of God,’ and that is precisely why He allows such things to happen, so that we can get our focus off of this temporary world and onto eternity and things of true spiritual importance. Our opinions won’t change reality except they will form how we respond, which is the key to all of this, and Douglas nails what is the most important thing of all.

  2. Thanks, Old Maine Farmer. I fear for the days ahead. Not for myself but for our brothers and sisters. Like a parent that need to correct his children, it isn’t easy for anyone but it needs to be done. We must rely on the Lord to help us and them make it to the finish line.

Consider the reality, though, of rescuing a few hundred angry Muslim warriors during Ramadan onto the very submarine that sunk them. US submarines are not equipped to keep many passengers, especially angry passengers. I am not justifying it, but that is the reality. If I were in their position, I would likely try to sabotage the sub that sunk my ship.

The whole German/American thing in WW 2 was different. In northern Maine where I live, there were German POWs kept here that voluntarily worked on the potato farms, made close friends, and visited after the war up until they died. There are/were many ethnic Germans in the US; it was not as emotional as the US vs. the Japanese, or the current thing.

    1. True, times and people were different back then. Your word and integrity meant something back then. Not to mention their honor for their enemy (not all cultures). The times have changed and so have people. I don’t think any sub commander would sacrifice their op sec and people to help others now days. It would just be too big a risk.

    2. Many of the crew were emissaries to the naval conference.

When German U boats sank ships in WWII, they put the rescued survivors on the deck. Until a US aircraft in 1942 strafed a U-boat with survivors on the deck. The survivors were killed as the U-boat descended to stop from being sunk.

There was no reason that survivors could not have been rescued and put on the deck until the Sri Lanka government ships came. Or inflated a few life rafts for them. Sri Lanka rescued 32 of the 200 Iranian crew.

So murdering someone is ok, if you don’t like their religion? That is what we did, murdered every one of the sailors who survived the sinking but then drowned. Fuck Trump and fuck anyone supporting this unconstitutional and illegal war.
