Um, that is not what he said. First off, he says they are from North American origin. He specifically did not say US. You can extrapolate what you want but words matter. Next, you can bet your bottom dollar, they did not trace all 23k firearms. Last time they did this, they only picked the ones with traceable serial number and reported the same thing…80% from the US. Problem was only about 17% were traceable at all. The rest are coming from Russia, the middle east and Africa. Can’t trace most of those.
