   A neighbor, with a 1969 home that has had very few upgrades since built, just went under contract in less than 10 days. No, not a done deal yet, but that makes me feel pretty good about my neighborhood. Location, location, location. And let’s face it…if you don’t feel good about the future, you aren’t going to invest in it…even in a home.
